I definitely understand how you feel. We are our own worst critics. Just remember that a lot of people feel the same way. We tend to see only our mistakes or weaknesses, whereas, others will give us the benefit of a doubt.
Be more kind to yourself. Yes, you should acknowledge where you can do better, but reward yourself for the good things you do too.

Olly Goodbye Stress Gummies...life changing. Like another poster suggested, GABA is the main ingredient. My teenage daughter )no pics) was at the point of having panic attacks. I really didn't want to put her on meds if I could avoid it, so I did some research. They REALLY help. Just take the edge off. I can tell the days I forget to take them.

Do a YouTube search on an expert in sleep hygiene. I have the same problems. It’s a lifetime of tormented sleep. I understand. Good luck brother.
