To be considered a drug, its pretty disappointing. Alcohol is way more effective and dangerous.
THC makes you kind of dizzy and forgetful. Its pretty week at messing you up. There are no valid reasons for its illegal status in some places.

Look, I think it should be legal, and smoke all you want to, I don't care. However, long-term and excessive usage is definitely damaging.
And yes, I feel the same way about alcohol, before an angry pothead comes back with the alcohol retort.

I smoked reefers for a very long time and never got the impression that it makes one creative. Hungry, yes. Goofy, yes. Creative, a big no.

You can't put a blanket statement on it. It may enhance some and dumb Don others. Just like alcohol makes some a ragin a-hole and calms some down..
