From my understanding, knowing someone privvy to the situation, the River Center required that they have 'talent' so they brought Boosie on board. Then some things happened that shall not be mentioned and here we are.

I was at albertsons earlier today and I saw the owner of Perfect 10 productions. All the cashiers knew who he was and was asking him questions about the event.

He was in there buying groceries. The girls were asking him about the big party and he was Just shaking his head and telling them it's not gonna happen this year. You can tell he didn't want to go into detail.
