Certainly possible, but I don't recall hearing about it...
The Bergdahl story was just on the national news a couple of weeks ago because the Taliban released a new video. The video referenced Mandela's death, and Bergdahl looked very pale and thin. The (NBC, not Taliban) background story stated that he was the only US soldier being held captive.
The Taliban has a history of taking aid workers hostage for a variety of reasons - suspected CIA agents, Christians trying to convert Muslims, etc. But it doesn't take much to get on their bad side.

Maybe thats the video I saw being talked about and didnt pay attention to who they were referring to.

Learn something? I know what MIA and POW mean and anyone using any logic can figure out that you can be a POW without being MIA and vice versa, if you know what the acronyms mean which he said he did. Of course if you have a problem we could always step outside and figure it out.....
