Perhaps, they don’t visit or watch either. Surely, you know people like this. I know I do.
So by your logic do we need politics on the SEC rant? The outdoor board? The music board? Where does it end?

I think you have had enough internet for the day

Forgot about the knighting.
No one here cares about IRL sex and drama anymore. OT is dead.

If people are savvy enough to use this site, they can go to yahoo, Fox News, wherever. It’s not some moral obligation of TD users to ensure that frequenters of the OT Lounge are caught up on their politics.
This site captures a vast array of ages. There will be many who post here who are in college and do not watch the news nor visit news sites.
I don’t think I’ve seen anyone argue a moral obligation to post quasi-political stuff on the OT-though I haven’t read the entire thread. It seems pretty simple to me, there seem to a handful of topics that are somewhat politically driven—and those can easily be avoided by anyone—yet the reality of our country for the last 200 years is that politics is intertwined in everything. There may be purely political topics that should be sent to the PT and that’s a legitimate gripe. But complaining about everything or close to it is a moot point since so many topics are politically related.

Unforunately for you no one cares what you think.

That guy just likes to argue any way he can get it.

Ahh yes. The resident ultra lib. Of course you’d say so. You want to accelerate a 1984 society as quickly as possibly. Curious...what books are we burning today?

It's more than a handful and it has noticeable grown over the past year or so. It's been noticed by many people.

You just couldn't help yourself. You tried to pretend to have an intelligent conversation but the inner politard escaped.

Yea I posted about this once and got grilled. Go to the frickin poli board if you’re gonna talk politics all the time

Did you attend college?
Students at a damn commuter JUCO are fed this garbage nonstop. I get your wide array, but college students are NOT relying on the OT to keep them up to date with current events.

I suppose when the colleges and other venues stop espousing their political views then we find where it ends. It’s not that difficult. Many people want sports figures to stop with the politics. Imagine if that happened. The MSB would be much less political.

If you don't like..don't read it and move on elsewhere...Simple solution....

ZS just comes in and states something’s horseshite with no substance as to why. And, it’s not a secret as to his/her/hims political orientation.
Do you care to get back to the issues we were discussing as opposed to punting to this?

Ah, I see our stance is now "they do it so it's ok if we do it too."

You're right. They're the exact same people that say they should be allowed to post politics here nonstop.

I responded to point out your total inability to do a damn thing about it.

It’s really not complicated. OP had a legitimate point worth discussing until the usual suspects shite all over the thread reeeeeing about pOliTaRds and Trump
