“Keep it high level on how we will create synergy between these siloed departments.”
Any time someone tells me to keep something “high level” I take that as them not being interested in any actual solution. If it just took bullet points to fix, we wouldn’t be here talking about it.

Action items and deliverables, I don't have a problem with. It's a more professional way of saying "Add this to your list of shite I need done by Wednesday"
