Good luck. A wise man once told me just give them the rope and let the company string themselves up.

The Lawsuit Awards or "Sooties" are a yearly award gala held at the DoubleTree Hotel in St. Paul, Minnesota. The awards ceremony is broadcast on PAX TV, and previous hosts have included Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and pop star Vitamin C.
Award categories include: "Best Lawsuit Involving a Fast Food Restaurant" and "Most Frivolous Lawsuit"
2013 is regarded as the most memorable year of the Sooties, as an under-the-radar Mesothelioma Lawsuit swept the awards, winning "Best Class-Action Lawsuit", and "Best Cancer Lawsuit", among others.

Gotta know how to setup that bad faith excess judgment on a minimal policy, breh.
I thought about discussing bad faith refusals to settle but figured it was beyond the scope.
Two of the jurisdictions I practiced in made it simple, they have very clear controlling precedent. I would include the proper language and the cite in a demand. I will never forget one adjuster called me on it saying it was dumb because I offered to settle within the limits of their policy. I didn't explain it to them since there is no use in building bad blood.
