I do it every 6 months. Your dog will probably get diarrhea

If your dog isn't eating when he's supposed to, cut him back to once a day. He'll eat then

I think it depends on the dog. Mine would be flame throwing shite from one end of the house to the other if I did that.

They get so excited at dinner time and then they look in that bowl and the look on their face is "not this shite again". lol.

I use the same dry food, but change up the flavors of the wet dog food that I mix in with the dry...
My dog only eats once a day, so she's hungry by the time I get home from work. However, if I don't mix the wet and dry, she'll turn her nose up to the dry and walk away. I know she'll eat it if she's hungry enough though

He does? Is he willing to starve himself to death to demonstrate his tiredness? If not, then nothing to worry about.

I don't change my dog's food at all. He doesn't even need treats.

That dumb bastard would learn to ride a bike for one piece of his regular dry dog food.

Fat frick.

My dog will walk away if it's only dry food, but when she's hungry enough, she'll eat some of it...spoiled arse dogs

Coming here to say the same thing. You will have less problems if you ease him into the new food. For a week do 1/4 new food, 3/4 old. The next week do half and half. Then do 3/4 new to 1/4 old. Following week, do all new. I'm sure you could speed that up a tad, but three weeks will do a good job of getting him acclimated to the new stuff.

Edit: I didn't totally read your post. If the dogs aren't having any issues, I assume they are fine.
