Just do it yourself, i live in Washington and own a house in Florida. Everything has gone smoothly the past 8 months, you just have to find the right tenant

Do you pull credit and if so, what source do you use to do so? i wouldnt mind doing a verification of rent and verification of employment.

Do you use Craigs list to find tenants or other methods?

I work in multi family property management, but I can say please do all of the above. I've had some AWFUL neighbors next door because they didn't run a criminal background check...

Not sure.

Every place I've worked we've used whatever system we have. Saferent, yardi, etc.

Not sure how that would work for a private owner.

There is a guy named Vito that lives on Hwy 16 just out side of the Amite city limits - he is money on collecting rent and stuff.
