Expecting wisecracks, but that is expected and appreciated only if they are funny.

anyway, I've had this on top of my foot for 3 weeks. Thought it first to be ant bite, but will not go away even after applying antibacterial every nite. No pain, just a little itch.
Spider bite?

Even without that thing on there...I’d amputate that foot. That thing looks nasty.

Possible fungus. Get an athletes foot creme of your choice. If it doesn't start working in a few days (total 14d therapy), see a Dr

Like others have said, that looks like textbook ringworm. Try an antifingal cream.

Agree with trying antifungal cream. Or HAART therapy for the foot aids.

Thanks LSUNURSE, Cosmo ...just googled it. Ringworm might be the consensus. Trying to save a Doctor visit/cash if at all possible.

Not spider bite, would have a dark center. Ringworm would be my guess. A little anti fungal should clear it up.
