Each state should tax telemarketers for their phone calls.

Technically a text message is an SMS message. Does that mean iMessages that iPhone owners send to other iPhone users wouldn't be taxed but messages they send to people with Android, which are sent via SMS, would? Is Apple behind this Green Bubble Tax?

This tax is so regressive.
The nerve asking poor people with smart phones to pay this tax.

Did I read it wrong or will it be some flat fee added to the text plan? Not how often you text? So if you pay for texting it may cost your a few $ more per month?
I am not in favor of this whatsoever. But it's not as bad as it first sounded.
