You live in a tinderbox and it is the middle of fire season. Shooting fireworks is incredibly moronic.
ETA: The Palisades fire was likely a holdover fire from illegal fireworks being shot on New Year's Eve, and that wasn't even during fire season.

I get that it's his job, but that officer or whatever he is seems proud being a big douche. He seemed excited about sending bullshite tickets to people who aren't even home or part of the fireworks. Dude seemed giddy about the whole thing. what a fig.
