After watching the video, who were the cops shooting at?
At 1:12 in the video (when the first shot is fired) the man in dark shirt has his hands somewhat extended with palms facing up. It's ridiculous if they were firing at him.
The man in the white is shielded so I can't see what he's doing.
I'm interested to find out which one of the two died. If it was the guy in the dark shirt, those cops are pure POS.

Pretty sure the policeman was thinking, "why is he not complying with the order to keep his hands up? And why the hell does he keep lowering his arms? (To where he could potentially grab a firearm)"

idiots own fault. should have listened to the cop. Keep your dam hands up, dont keep reaching for your waistband or pocket. Bad shite happens when you do not follow orders from an officer.

That second angle is still not the cops angle, he is barely in frame and most likely did not see the guys hand until he jerked it up. It did not help that the guy had his index and middle finger extended when he did this. We can all sit here and watch the video knowing the guy was unarmed with a clear view and say the cops were wrong. It is dark, bad neighborhood, you are responding to a possible armed robbery, and this goes down you cannot say you wouldn't shoot.

It definitely could have been handled better with tasers but just a crappy situation for all.
Cops - want to leave alive, called in for armed robbery, have to react on a millisecond by millisecond basis
Suspects - probably didn't understand English, should've left the the scene in squad cars for a night in jail but end up dead

The guy was clearly not reaching for anything. Cops should be tried for murder. It's unfathomable that people are blaming the victims because "they should've obeyed the trigger happy cops". This is inexcusable.
