Get a camper...a 5th wheel. No bumper pull.

So sorry for the spelling mistakes. Get over it
Somehow I sense a lack of sincerity in your apology.

Realize that most RV parks are a small step up from regular trailer parks

Anybody here know anything about RoadTrek? I've casually looked into them, for when I move down by the river.
Seriously there's a huge "Snowbird" community that uses them

I've stayed in hotels before but never an apparent. Can you explain what this is? Is it a fricked up kind of apartment?
Apparently.

It is apparent to me that you can not spell.

Working pipelines on summer break during undergraduate we frequently used travel trailers to live onsite and saved $

Get you one of these and you'll be set. You can spend nights parked at Wal-Mart stores.

If you buy a used rig, check the roof very carefully. Many owners do not maintain them, and the seams crack as a result.
If you move a camper around a lot those seams are going to crack. Roof repair is an ongoing expense.
I have a 40 ft Sierra 5th wheel that's been all over the US chasing pipelines. Tons of super nice used campers on Craigslist and autotrader. 30k will get you wood floors, kitchen island, and stainless appliances. The money you'll save over a motel really isn't as much as it seems. The benefit that always appealed to me was being able to take my stuff along. Electronics, guns, bbq/patio set-up. A dog if you'd like. And if you're headed to the O&G boomtowns the RV parks will be full of people you know from work. Especially after a couple of years.
Oh, and in 25 years I'm on my fourth camper. They don't last like houses.
