Less than 10% of the country on the busiest travel days. I have had multiple customers, coming in for medical appointments that either have to find a ride with family/friend, or call an Uber. All because they don't have a car.

The airport I left this morning had zero TSA line and I could see when I arrived that the MSY TSA line was nothing.

On the other hand the drive from MSY to Baton Rouge was a complete shite show, and way before the usual rush hour.

$50 for nylon and two plastic hoops? That fhing has to have 900% profit margin!

That's true, but it does work and you can prob find it discounted somewhere on the 'net. I've had mine >10 years. It's a very sturdy belt. I wear mine most days of the week and also use it for concealed carry.

TSA gets people that aren’t able to get anything decent as far as a career job.

That’s why they settle for that shitey of a job.

This is what did Winn-Dixie in.
So we should let Aldi run TSA?

This in a nutshell is why public services usually suck. There's no market incentive to actually provide quality goods and services.

You want them to get a commission or something? How about doing a good job for the sake of keeping your job, especially benefits?

At ATL on Wednesday around 1:00 they had 2 out of 18 I.D. check stations open.
Crowd wasn't too bad though but was getting heavier.

I’m flying from IAH to MSY tomorrow. Thoughts and prayers would be appreciated. One for TSA at IAH and another for making it out of Nola alive.

TSA lines in the Midwest are excellent. In the southeast they are universally terrible. Read into that how you want.
