Just because something is against a rule does not make it against the law and, thereby, subject to arrest. So please enlighten us what law might have been broken.
They left a tard on a bus.
That's illegal.

Actually, there is supposed to be a seating chart every time a bus is loaded with kids. Few do.
That's crazy too and takes away from some of the social skills kids learn on the bus. We are making their lives so regimented and test oriented and everything else they completely lose the practical skills they need to function.

They did not intentionally leave the kid on the bus and it wasn't like the kid was stuck inside the bus. He was able to get out. The kid decides to climb under the seat, they didn't see him (I know they are suppose to check under the seats, but) so they get arrested and will possibly be felons because of this?

Like I said, lock the kid and his parents up in an imbecile-proof cage so they never have to worry about society not giving them all the appropriate special needs they are entitled from cradle to grave.

When I was in middle school a crazy kid slipped out the window when the bus was stopped and ran through the woods. I guess if that happened today and not in the 90s, the bus driver would be responsible?

They had two frowns up on a bus and couldn't figure it out?

How hard is it for 2 adults to count a few kids on a damn bus & look under the fricking seats?!?!?? Geezus, they have one job.
