So the issue is that keeping hardened doors locked at all times doesn't work because the assailant can just pull the fire alarm?
There will never be a way to keep kids completely safe on campus without large barriers and controlled entrances like airports.

They actually have to design Tornado shelters in Oklahoma for the schools since the Moore tornado in 2013.... so this thing could have multiple functions.
