"Buddhist Monk" loses it after accidentally stepping on a bug

Buddhist monk is in quotation marks because it seems like he's just a homeless guy with mental issues. Why tires?

There was a movie where the monks were wanting to build a building but were terrified to hurt the worms in the soil so they dug through the earth to rescue them before the built the building. That's insane.
