Yep and it’s funny that liberals are equating laughing at the low sales with protesting in the streets and blocking access to the building.
Liberals just like to lie and bend meanings of words.

They are so rustled that this boycott is working they have to deflect. It is all they have left.

Youre getting simultaneously pummeled in here while telling everyone youre the smartest person in the room.
Pretty impressive

But but people shot up old bud light cans they owned, it’s the same as destroying a building.
Their straw man’s are just getting sad at this point.

it's the constantly bringing up the fact that you are doing that, months after the fact, in a self-righteous, look at me way, much like far left leaning liberals do... THAT'S the hypocrisy that you are failing to see here
Give me one example of when the far left simply voted with their wallets and let the free market do it’s thing. Not to mention the fact that you can’t see the difference in making fun of Bud Light and someone saying that supporting Chick Fil A is immoral.
Free market = “Bud Light is a terrible company. I don’t buy their beer. Also I’m glad that so many other people agree.”
Identity politics: “Chick Fil A is evil! If you support them you are a LITERAL NAZI.”

But it’s the SAME THING! HYPOCRISY!!!!!

don't recall many (if any) people showing up at BL breweries demanding the product stop being produced.
they decided to call in bomb threats to A-B facilities in CA instead...
but at any rate, the immediate backlash (the calls for a boycott, the shooting the cases of beer, etc), i'm okay with that... that, for the most part, is a form of peaceful protest, and i absolutely support the right for BOTH sides to do that in America... but here we are, all these months later, STILL bringing up Bud Light sales numbers, sharing in the delight about how the decision to boycott has produced this effect... it's self-indulgent, self-righteousness, and it's no better than the left delighting in their stupidity... all i'm saying, simply put, is it's very hypocritical to be doing the EXACT SAME THING, when you criticize the other side for doing it...
we all get it... Bud Light did something supremely stupid, the right got a little win under their belt by driving down BL's numbers... time to talk about something else for a change, vs. rehashing this same stupid shite every couple of months

You can’t just say this and not provide proof.

Yea no one here is doing that.
You and chrisx are above all the fray and talking down to everyone like peons though

According to preliminary information, the California Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) received a vague email with threats to multiple distribution centers across the state who distribute Bud Light Beer—one of the locations included Markstein Sales in the 1600 block of Drive In Way.
One email. Yea I can only imagine the source of said email

It. Was. An. Email.
.
And nothing was found and the logical explanation is it was a leftist trying to paint boycotters in a negative light. It did happen in Cali and not Texas.

I think it is a discussion point to see that it has lingering effects in the marketplace.
Personally, I was never really a BL drinker. So the marketing actions did not affect me from a consumer standpoint.
But I do find the event interesting from a pure market and marketing standpoint. BL was the top selling beer in the marketplace...by a pretty significant margin...only to run (or at least bless) a completely unnecessary marketing campaign that, even if successful, would draw only a tiny fraction of marketplace as new customers. Instead, BL annoyed their loyal customers by, for no rational reason whatsoever, leaning in to the illogical absurdity of the "trans-movement", only to then tell those customer, who made them the top selling product for decades, they were "beneath" consuming BL because they disagreed with the marketing.
It is a case study in both elitism and not understanding your customer base at all, and I appreciate seeing the data

Then it ends up being 1 email and every news site cant confirm shite and its all just copied pasted to the next site. But at least the message is out
