My access to get to the interstate is flooded unless the onramp by Zea’s is all clear.

There is only one NOPD Tahoe right next to the water with an additional two units by Tulane blocking traffic...and an additional unit in between those...she is a hazard to society if she couldn't see that situation.

this is the worst ive seen it at my house in metairie in 10 years. Wife's honda was parked on the street took on water, i was able to move it in time. neighbors mustang is even more fricked.
