BRPD investigating body found inside car on Highland Road near I-10 exit

Wow. I drove past that car at 4pm. The windows were rolled down and car running. It looked like it had a flat tire, I didn’t think anything of it. Definitely didn’t see a body.

Read subject and thought damn that could’ve been me, thinking it was the CCLA exit. Then saw The Art Bar (afka the other aforementioned establishments) and thought, damn that could’ve been me 25+ years ago.
I know a guy who claims to have lost his legs on that ramp. He actually had no legs so I tend to believe him.
