I'd have to hear both sides of the story to decide if the guy deserved it. I have a girl closely related to me, and every so often she'll come back claiming some guy hit her.

Worldstar should have a tutorial on their main page to demonstrate how to film in landscape. Video on camera phones has been around too long for this portrait filming to continue to take place.
