This isn’t true at all especially outside of the big cities where generally wealthier people live that care to look better. Look at Eastern European for example. Sure many places the women may not look like that because they literally can’t afford enough food to. But in places they can, it happens plenty.

Go to youtube and check out any random video from a beach in Rio. There are a lot of amazing bodies in bikinis. But there are also as many fatties running around as there are in the U.S...and that's on a beach. No shame in their game.

They hit the wall much earlier than that on average. And in real life, we're fine with it, because we grow up with Moms, Aunts, Sisters, etc. This is the usual path for females. They're built to gain weight easier than males. They don't look like Hollywood starlets. They put on weight. They don't get makeup'd up everytime they leave the house. They are, in a word, normal. Women's sexual market value is earlier in their life. Men's (for most) comes later with maturity and career and growth of wealth. Blame God, Darwin, who ever it is you believe in. As the Mandalorians say, "This is the way".
This is why every father worth his salt gives this advice to his son when choosing a mate: make sure she can cook. "Cookin' lasts. Kissin' don't".
