A four-year-old Texas girl died after being mauled by a mixed-breed dog in her own backyard.

Elayah Brown was attacked around 5pm on Friday in a south Fort Worth backyard by the family's dog, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

I think it’s pretty clear... a spade is a spade

Owners of pits being prosecuted for crimes the dogs commit would be a start.

Floppy-eared dogs tend to be nicer. Labs have floppy ears. That dog is not Lab.

exact reason why we don’t take our dogs to public dog park’s in Houston. They are over run with pit mixes and trashy owners. It’s sad good dog owners can’t take their dogs anywhere without having to worry about pits.

Looking at the head, there's definitely some pit in it. Got a lot of lab in it too.
