That was happening a year ago. I hadn't been to a KFC in many years and decided to give them a try. I was required to get mashed potatoes and gravy because they wouldn't let me substitute the side on the coupon I used, and they didn't give me any damn gravy. The chicken was small and undercooked and had disgusting skin with the texture of raw bacon.
