Don't suppose it'll be the lead story on MSNBC
The media does love stirring the pot...but the state has long checkered list of grievances against some interest groups and they have no one to blame but themselves for that. It partly gets played up because they have a history of doing that..
This situation is an isolated situation in comparison to systematic terrorism

Tate, 25, was a recent graduate from the police academy. He posted on his Facebook page that he graduated June 11.
I graduated the Police Academy today. I am now a Police Officer. I would like to thank God, the Police Academy, the Police Department, my family, friends, and love ones.

Tate graduated South Pike High School and attended Southwest Mississippi Community College before joining the Hattiesburg Police Department.
Hattiesburg residents Tamika Mills and Pearnell Roberts discovered the two officers who had been shot. The pair got out to check on the officers and called 9-1-1.
"Never in my life have I experienced or seen anything like this expect on TV and to be in the midst of it, it's shocking and heartbreaking," Mills said. "As we were coming down Fourth Street, we noticed a bunch of lights. As we came on through, (Roberts) told me to turn around because she saw somebody laying on the ground.
"So I backed up. That's when we noticed the officer was down. We just saw that one, but in the course of me being on the phone with 9-1-1, I turned and I saw another officer across the street rolling on the ground. (Roberts) ran across the street to check on him. He wasn't all the way alert but he asked her, 'Am I dying? I know I'm dying. Just hand me my walkie-talkie.'"
Deen, 34, was a K-9 officer. He was named HPD Officer of the Year in 2012.

I'm sure Obama is concerned about this shooting
As if a chance scenario where a bunch of thugs gun down cops is more egregious than the government gunning down its constitutes for running away...
Typical OT mentality; American freedoms and liberties are only applicable when the victim meets various requirements

That's on Hwy 49--a pretty good distance from the crime scene. I wonder how he made it that far. Carjack someone?

shite, seeing all of their personal info is heartbreaking. We NEED to throw criminals under the jail right away, none of this 11th and 12th chance BS. It would make America a way better place.

is the first slaying of a Hattiesburg officer since Jackie Dole Sherrill was killed on New Year's Eve in 1984. "Thirty years ago was the last time that this has happened in Hattiesburg, and we've had a lot to happen over the past 15 years with tornadoes and storms," DuPree said. "But you never want this to happen."
Goes to show us how rare these tragic events are, but the OT will treat as if their is a war on cops

Typical OT mentally; constitutionalist that throw out the constitution when it doesn't work for them or it when it has Clauses that give rights to the flithiest of criminals.
Basically the OTs mentally turns quasi ISIS. So many deranged folks

Go frick yourself felon trash! You and the criminals you stick up for are ruining this country, criminals that hurt others need to be thrown under the jail.
ETA: what the frick does that have to do with the Constitution? There is nothing cruel about locking up criminals and the only thing unusual is we have been giving these thugs a pass for so long.

The criminals you stick up for are the only real threat to the U.S., ISIS is a joke to distract people from that the real problem

Did I stick up for them? You're glossing over my words to find what you want to find.
I would rather address the PROBLEM and the underlying ISSUE than treat the symptoms and cuts with bandaids
