I’m no radiologist but it sure looks like there is something extra there behind and to the right of your left (right on the pic) eye. But hell that could be something normal. Sure doesn’t look the same as ur right eye.

If anything, could be proptosis (bulging out), but the whole volume would need to be scrolled. IMO doesn't look squeezed or bulging... seems to be a slice symmetry issue.

I definitely have some level of proptosis - you can see it when I close my eyes (the left eye is sticking further out).
I figure I'll take a daily dose of lemon essential oil (one drop) and see a chiropractor and that should fix it.

Oh forgot to mention that.... A little vitamin C and a ring dinger and you'll be fixed up.
I go to a head and neck tumor board every week and you'd be amazed how many people don't go through with treatment for a surgically removable cancer. I've seen dozens of cases where the patient decides on their own to go with high dose vitamin C. Sadly, we usually never see these patients again. Optimist in me wants to believe that the Vit C worked... but I know better.
