someone took a picture of him last week. Midday sitting at the bar at Twin Peaks. He had a mask on! I guess so no one would recognize him in there and give him a hard time.
That's pretty crazy. He's eating at restaurants in the same location that he panhandles.

I want to meet Kevin, I admire his hustle. Got not problem with him scamming people, a fool and his money are soon parted. Ask anyone who works with homeless, they tell you to never give anyone money, it's all going to alcohol and/or drugs.

I got off work Friday and went to Twin Peaks to watch the rest of the LSU vs Tulane game. When the game went to commercial I checked my Facebook page and saw Kevin was at Twin Peaks...I looked up and I was sitting right next to him.
But...the name on the card was NOT Kevin, he drank wine, and according to the bartender he leaves a good tip.

Kevin is a piece of shite, but the people who give him money deserve to be scammed. If they're so stupid they can't understand that random men don't approach you in gas station parking lots asking for cash unless they're looking for dope money, they are just going to pay for that lesson.
