I could barely see 10 feet in front of me leaving downtown around 5:30. Sheets and sheets of rain.

The geniuses that designed the area at Perkins and Glasgow that will be the new shopping center and grocery store apparently graded it so that entire area dumps onto Perkins Road now. Deep water there fricking up traffic on Perkins Road.
