BR graffiti in the 1980s

My old man was telling me a story about some memorable graffiti visible from I-12 in Baton Rouge in the 80s and I wanted to see if anyone could corroborate this.
He said it was a painting of an African American man with an afro, squatting down holding his two penises. And underneath him was the name "Mr. Big Twin Dicks."
He said it stayed there for years. Does anyone remember seeing this Mr. Big Twin Dicks while driving through BR?

Damn. We've gone from identifying as a man with two penises to identifying as a cow with tits and a small dick so as to not manspread. How times have changed.

no, but I lived in a place right behind the old Ruby's for a semester that had a huge billboard like that in the backyard, we'd go up there with lawn chairs and a cooler of beer on Friday's to start happy hour, just sit up there drinking and watching the traffic(jam) on I10

Never heard of it. But I do know a black guy that threw rocks at vehicles on I-12 back then. He’s a respectable business owner now.

I don't remember that one, but I remember when I was at Buchanan Elementary in 1989-1990, there was this big drainage canal behind the playground. Someone had sprayed a giant swastika back there. For some reason, my friends and I thought it was funny as hell.
