we get this exact thread every year. trashy people have been going to Mardi Gras for decades. so have non-trashy people. this isn't something new

another little known fact....trashy people go to all kinds of festivals all over the world.

I find it funny that during MG week you see national guard type protection for the Quarter, but in a few weeks it will be right back to locals having their head on a swivel walking the streets.
