Boston police arrest gang of offroaders causing chaos on I-93

Every time we go up to visit the in-laws, i'm amazed at how well-functioning everything is. Fiscal responsibility everywhere. The people are all fit. Always some sort of physical activity going on. People running, walking their dogs, heading down to the cape, etc.
They actually pay their police very well, which is why they're able to attract good candidates compared to Louisiana where you'll start off in the 35k range as BRPD.
