How soon do you have to book rooms for Mardi Gras. Every hotel I tried was booked for next year and the website only allows you to book one year out. Anyone have any tips on booking room's in advance.

Maybe try picking up the phone and calling the hotel?

I would probably call the hotel

Mardi Gras is Feb 9th next year. You're nine days late to be trying to book a room that doesn't cost a fortune.

They aren't booked. Small percentage was released. Most hotels will be in CTA mode. They want to hit you higher as date gets closer.

They could have a minimum number of nights needed to book. Try looking for a week and see what is available then reduce the number of nights...

I know that they usually require 3 night minimum. I also know it won't be cheap.

Ride in Endymion, and we always stay at Hilton Riverside, easiest to get to, always have parking, anyway I think we book the rooms in May or June. 2 night minimum, this year it was 378 a night or something like that. May find cheaper, but Hilton is best for us, my parents have been doing this about 30 years, and they always stay there.

Yeah just drop 3k so you can stay on a hotel.

I knew several people that booked 6 months and closer for this Mardi Gras. Call the hotel. FYI, I believe the rooms were about $300 per night.
