I think we all have great sympathy for San Francisco Bay which is about to receive all the human, canine and other E. coli runnoff from the great unwashed streets and sidewalks of San Francisco.
Perhaps in the future similar storms there should no longer be called Pineapple Express, but San Francisco street scrubbers.
