How do you know it was a truck?
By the time this thread is done, it will evolve to it being an 18 wheeler traveling in the left lane, holding up traffic, by a trashy driver that hadn't slept in 24 hours and was high on speed and smoking a joint and drinking a beer.

I bet someone hit the person and drove away. From there multiple vehicles including truckscould have hit the body and parts without knowing what they were rolling over. Just my thoughts

My office is very close to the scene. I can tell you people from the apartments on the N side of the I-10 on ramp walk it all the time as a short cut to Vets. They don't appear to give a darn about the vehicles that are speeding up to merge onto ten. If I had to guess this is what happened. It also happened last year and shut the interstate down. The authorities closed the fence back up but guess what they cut it back open and I have been seeing people almost everyday walking this dangerous pathway. Probably not a serial killer just human stupidity at work

Driver call Tommy Tucker and said he was driving there @ 5:30 and saw cars in front swerving and then he ran over something thought it was a dog. Guy must feel terrible now.

If there was a footbridge over the canal it would keep people from using the on ramp to get across the canal.
