Martha Stewart is a convicted felon. We taking wagers on whether Dumber and Dumber Jr would have chased her down and shot her for walking through that construction site?

Arbery had 2 arrests that I know about.
One for bringing a gun to a high school basketball game and one for shoplifting and those were years apart.
I think the definition of career criminal would be more than 2 arrests in 25 years and 364 days.

These videos do show that he has an aggressive nature and history of been arrested for stealing. Did the former cop who shot this guy know of his record??? It doesn’t look good for him and will probably be admissible In court. It clearly shows his aggressive nature. He made aggressive movements towards the gunman in the video. Do I believe those idiots should have gotten out of the vehicle with a gun ?? Hell no. The most I would have done was call the police and follow him from a safe distance. It’s possible that I wouldn’t have even called the cops, unless I was aware of a string of burglaries and break ins that seem to never get solved. He didn’t appear to have any stolen items in the video and he wasn’t currently attacking anyone. These guys wanted to play hero. They made a poor decision.
