ETA: you're not wrong about BLM, but there are people on this board who see the OP and attribute it to an entire race, so you have to be careful.

In no way do I connect BLM to the whole black race. And I know there are supporters of BLM who do not hate whites like this one. A good friend of mine is one of those people.
But at the same time, I also know there is a deep rooted problem of hate for whites in the black community that's as bad or worse than hate for blacks in the white community. And as long as this hate continues on both sides, this country will continue to fracture.

What exactly is her association with BLM? Just because someone threw a camera in her face and she said something stupid does that mean she her thoughts represent BLM? I don't support BLM but I do think lumping one persons thoughts as the thought of the whole group is hypocritical.

Regarding her statement, it's a wish that apparently is not limited in its "appeal."
Locally, we've got a pandering, guilt-ridden, self-loathing liberal white male who blew in here from Michigan and has been active on the talk shows for years who not long ago said the exact same thing on the air.
