Cities are typically strapped for funds, so increasing law enforcement budgets really isn't what is wanted to be done, but what has to be done. There just isn't a need to waste public funds to set up a special police precinct in upper middle class neighborhoods, simply because crime rates are lower. The cops have to go where the crime is. Sort of like lifeguards have to go to the water. Not much need for a lifeguard in a desert.
If the black "community", even one by one, would get together, value families, value your own children (mothers AND fathers), teach right from wrong from within your family and the collective community would do the same, I will promise you, the police would have no more need to heavily patrol the neighborhood.

Boom. Of course this would require accountability and a relinquishing of the collective victim card, so it will never happen.

You’re frickin pathetic!

Y’all upset that someone would dare have a different opinion than that of a bunch of older white racist men.

The majority of our country’s history involves the oppression of black people, yet you think there are no victims as a result, and they should just do better. It will take generations to overcome the injustices that have been done. Then you add what happened and does happen to people like George Floyd, and well it just breeds more hopelessness. You want black people to change but you don’t see that you need to change too. There has to be change on both sides. You guys just sit in a perfect little bubble and never try to look beyond your views and personal bias.

Oh my, how embarrassing.

No my friend, you are the embarrassment. You sit back in your high chair and are incapable of showing empathy to people who don’t look like you. Yet you want people to mourn your loss, but you cast judgment on those who lose every day, all because of a racial bias that you probably inherited. There’s no reasoning with people like you because so many of your views have been passed down. It’s difficult for people to grow out of something that they grew up in.

So you’re saying that everyone who protested after the death of George Floyd is a Marxist and patsy for the DNC?

No. However, I am saying that everyone who protested after the death of George Floyd is a Marxist or a patsy for the DNC.

Now, who looks like a "Really big jerk"?

You're sinking to their level, friend. If you have the moral high ground, as you claim, don't get down there with them. Stand proudly on your high horse and bravely fight the good fight!

When you look at the real data with an unbiased and non-racist perspective you would realize that an unarmed black man is significantly more likely to be killed by a police officer.

Cause they are going to try and fight a cop instead of just not do anything.

Because they started out trying to “defund” then crab walked off that to reform.

Well, they should have made ships and rifles like my ancestors did. Mankind has only recently left a state of constant tribal war, and we can't really rearrange the outcome.

I miss the good ole days when I was called a racist for supporting the Tea Party.
