Hispanics value hard work but not education so they're stuck in manual labor. Asians (and African immigrants) value education most so they dominate STEM. Ghetto black culture values victimization above all so they're at the bottom financially.

I don’t work with any blacks in my field, which is heavily dominated by Asians, Indians (dot) and whites. The Hispanics that are at my company are from South America and were educated in STEM in the US.

I wouldn't group all black people together. Nigerians are on par with Asians when it comes to being a doctor, lawyer, or engineer.

Legal African immigrants in the US are great. We get the best from that continent so they're educated and serious about moving on up. Europe can't say the same as they're having a lot of issues from unchecked illegal immigration.
