Yeah yeah. I get it. But I used the term in this instance to quickly distinguish between somewhat more totalitarian governments and police forces that I believe the second world has become.

You really think the cops showed up and said, "Sweet. Heres a criminal. All things considered, now we can tase him with no repercussions."

That is definitely true but its one thing for a white person to question them but a black person? Oh you asking to meet Billy, Billy Stick.
Like you got the market cornered on police brutality b/c of your skin color...pfft... Ive been attacked by some fresh out the academy types working overtime at the bar during closing time because they were trying to slide with one of the girls i brought there.
Sometimes you run into shitty cops in this country...it happens...

Try again. Rightly or wrongly that is a law intended to apply to everyone, not just cops. Questioning a cop can be considered disrespectful and lead to an arrest or ticket. That shouldn't happen or be tolerated in a civilized country.

Good. The police should be able to arrest anyone they think is saying something they don't like.

Fail. The ADL even says his actions didn't require a hate crime charge. The military/police worship in this country is disgusting. You guys should read up on rulings in regards to police limiting free speech
