When the patriot act ran it's course, Obama brought several additions to it, and one of them was the Feds being able to hold Americans for as long as they wanted ,or needed, with ZERO representation, if it was terror related(anything can be construed as terror related).

Article is HIGHLY biased based on just the clippings and likely outright fake news.
And yes baseless charges are of great concern. But don’t be in “solidarity” with cop killers, say “oink oink bang bang,” and call deserving criminals like sterling the innocents and this likely doesn’t happen.
