So they are allowed to discriminate against Nazis? I could asking him to put a shirt on if that is a requirement for all fans. But they can't kick him out for a political tattoo.

wrong, they can refuse service to anyone for any reason...and anyone who takes their shirt off at a sporting event is an idiot

well there are laws against discriminating against disabled folks and maybe laws against the gays....

not really, when showing off Nazi symbolism on private property isn't protected by free speech. Because that could easily be viewed as speech that could incite violence. Which isn't covered
