Binky license plate in Baton Rouge

I’m driving off of Bluebonnet this afternoon and I see what appeared to be a woman with a white fluffy bunny ears hat on in a nice white convertible with the license plate Binky.
Is anyone familiar with this person?

Yep. He/she lives in my hood. Seen that car many times. I assumed it was just an act (like a clown gig on the side), but I’ve seen (I assume) her on like a random Tuesday hauling arse down my street with regular clothes and that dumbass hat

I saw her the other day at bluebonnet/ Jefferson with the same white rabbit hat/ ears etc. I was able to get a few pictures of her, one up close I sent to my buddies. She actually looks decent looking from the pic I took, but she must be insane crazy or something. Anyone know the real story on her
