I think if you believe anything a proven liar tells you, without any proof, then you'll believe anything.

Exactly. I am quite sure we lied about a lot that happened during that raid, like the way helicopter crash happened, but I am fine with that if it helps America.

I agree it doesn't make any since that the U.S Government would just shoot an asset like that that could be so easy to be captured and interrogated. And after it happened they released enough information to make a documentary and really sold it too well in my opinion. The story was so much like it was made up considering all of the details and such, and they even said they crashed a helicopter, maybe it was all true, but again think about the U.S government in the past, does this entire situation seem like them?

Exactly but in this case I don't blame them for lying. IF it really did go down like they said the public should have been pissed, you don't kill someone that would have the info they said he had unless you are just STUPID!

i definitely think we tried to take him alive, but if he was shooting back, not much even special forces could do.

They could use stun grenades, shoot him in the legs or use any of the other non-lethal methods you have. I would REALLY hope they would have planned and practiced for that situation and even if they didn't I would hope the SEALs would be willing to improvise and risk death to capture him considering how many lives it could save....I mean isn't that what they do?

:kige:

I guess the government planted the guy tweeting it as it was happening. Haha

I just have more faith in the government doing something stupid than having the ability to successfully plan and execute an elaborate hoax.

I doubt someone as dedicated as bin laden would have spilled his guts for us.

I think you are underestimating modern drugs and torture techniques. I could be wrong but I have faith we could frick his mind up so badly that he would talk.

I think you're underestimating the mindset of a person like him.

That guy wasn't gonna give us shite as far as info for whatever. I'm guessing no amount of torture would cause him to 'spill the beans'

How long does it take to make him talk and how long after we take him is his info still valid?

Assuming we did take him alive it's been 3 years, does he still have viable intel or some other overriding use that would compel us to keep him alive?

No way, we could crack him. Feed him acid or whatever better drugs they have and waterboard the shite out of him. There are just certain things that NOBODY can resist. We may fry his brain but its worth trying.

probably, but IMO he should have been stuffed and then impaled by 9/11 debris in the new museum.

No you don't HAVE to do anything.

I'm just asking since u think he was taken alive, a possibility I admit, if he is still alive NOW and if so why.

I have no clue if he is alive now and if he was I have no idea why he would be.

Well you don't have any clue if he was taken alive or not, except for your own beliefs and still speculated on that.
