There's a famous book than I can't think of the the name of that recounts a UC op inside a biker gang. They're just nasty to deal with.

I hate to sound all Elliott Ness, but how's it any more difficult than taking down an alleged mafia family? They're insulated. They use other groups (local gangs). They're structured. Rarely does the leader actually get his hands dirty once he is a leader. If ya think of the book, let me know.

frick that go read "Out Bad" or any other book by Donald Charles Davis if you really want to try and understand what this subset of culture is all about. Or go watch Dead in 5 Heartbeats for a little glimpse into that world.
Stay away from anything by Jay Dobyns he's a liar to both the club he infiltrated and the Agency he worked for.

He wrote the facts as supplied by public records and what was told by sources on both sides. Seeing as he always keeps his sources anonymous they generally shoot straight with him or so I've been told.
