i saw a cop at the corner of broussard and glenmore a few days ago, in front of a house with extensive renovation going on. the first time i came by, there were 3-4 workers' cars parked in the bike lane. a few minutes later, a cop was there and all cars were in the yard. john price from the mayor's office told the gathering at ingleside methodist that the city parish is committed to bike lanes, and it appears to be true

Which is why BR which had the potential to be a great city on the level of Austin or Seattle will forever be the shithole it is.
