If I only had it for two years but somebody please buy it from me.

I’m really tired of this creepy guy running by my house every am. Feel like he’s judging me or something.

I will imagine that price will fall a ton or it will get taken off the market. The amount of realistic buyers in Baton Rouge can’t be but more than a few dozen.

I wonder what the plan was here because if selling down the road was in mind then they are in for a surprise.

The Pennington house is miles better and has been on the market since 2020 for 14 million.

Built in 2017. What happened? If you are going to spend that much on something that is a very specific taste (namely, only you), you should probably plan on that being your forever home.

Spent all that money but didn’t take into account all of the maintenance, re-occurring monthly costs and property taxes.

Happens fairly often :/

Probably a wealthy business owner. I know a few people who are rich as hell, but also pretty tied to the area for that reason.

Hell, Todd Graves is a billionaire and has a place in BR.

Single with a house like that?

I’d turn that groto into the 2nd coming of the one that’s at the Hefner playboy mansion.
