I'll say the good thing about the homeless population in Bham is that they're usually confined to two places, Five Points South and around the Firehouse Shelter.

Homeless issues are pretty bad in birmingham so they need to do something.
Murder is their biggest issue. 2nd in the nation in per capita murder. There’s no short term fix for that but I bet they flood the streets with cops for the next 2 weeks.
It won’t really matter tho since most of those that visit will be like “why are we here?”
