Looks to me like in the wall would be a no go for him. He'd have to go horizontal through studs. Wiremold is his answer.

There is a stack behind the wall dummy it's easily accessible but will require some patching

Shouldn't you have planned this out before mounting the TV? If it's not brick, it'll be easy to run them thru the Sheetrock.

There are slim racks you can hang on wall behind TV to put your goodies in. Similar to what the have at hospitals for mounting their slimline computers. That is if the TV hangs off an articulating arm. You have room back there

I was half being an arse and half being serious with my first post. OP should have planned ahead before throwing that bad dog up on the wall.
I installed a GFCI outlet, a coax outlet (to an antenna in the attic) and a pass thru for 12' HDMI cables behind the TV at my old house.
OPs setup is different bc I had a boxed fireplace.

Well then. I guess I'm lucky this is just an apartment that I can't see myself being in longer than 2-3 years before buying a house. So I guess I should just learn to deal with it?
