I need to donate a lot of money. Which ones actually give money to veterans and which of those are the best? Go

Why bother going to a wasteful and bureaucratic charity? Just find a go fund me for some army wife's new tits and give directly to her.

Not sure if you were joking or not but WW is one of the worst to give to. A very low percentage actually goes to the veterans and they don't help any veterans who served before 9/11. A wounded warrior is a wounded warrior, it shouldn't matter which war he served in.

Fisher House

This is supposed to be a good one if you want to help veterans. 95% of proceeds go to the veteran and their family.

If you donate to the veterans chances are your money is going to go to the NFL so they can wrap themselves in the American flag and look like they care about veterans.

Honestly a very good one is Semper Fi fund. They actually use a lot of the money for transition siminars, funding for wounded injured and ill Marines to stay at Fisher houses during treatment and is very involved. Also they donate equipment such as wheel chairs, power chairs and even devices for hand controlled driving to amputees.

A lot of ppl talk bad about Wounded Warrior Project but they are just as good. Yes they make a lot of money but they spend it back on veterans for a lot of good. Such as San Antonio WWP donated the funds for service members rehabilitating lower extremities to go use their prosthetic and limb salvage devices to run the obsitcale course at Power Park Fitness outside San Antonio then took them out to lunch where the vets were treated very nicely.

Just my two cents about which ones ive seen how it directly affects veterans.

Or another really really awesome program that could use it is outdoor odyssey/Semper Fi oddyssey. It's ran by a retired General Jones USMC. For troubled kids and veterans. YouTube and Google it!! Very very good program!!

The USO does a lot of good. I had a 10 hour layover in DFW a week ago and stopped by the USO. Free drink entree and two sides, WiFi, sleeping room, etc., a few of us were stuck there and even though they closed at 10:30 they gave us cots and a blanked and neck pillow to crash on for the night.

This one is on my potential list. I've used the USO 3 times in my life and it was well received (by me the tired soldier) each time.

I can appreciate that. I donate there. This is something else that specifically needs to be military focused.
